Natalie is a strategic communications and business transformation leader with over 25 years' experience advising boards and executive teams at some of the world's leading technology and industrial organisations, including IBM, BT, Fujitsu, ABB, and IFS.

As the founder and former Managing Director of Proud Public Relations, Natalie built and scaled an award-winning communications agency before successfully selling the business in 2019. She has since worked as an independent advisor, supporting organisations through major change programmes, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainability communications.

Natalie brings to the Trust a deep commitment to purpose-driven leadership, inclusive culture, and the power of communication to create lasting impact. As a certified Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, she is passionate about developing people and building resilient, high-performing organisations.

Alongside her work with the Inner Circle Educational Trust, Natalie is a mentor with The Prince's Trust and an advocate for inclusive leadership and sustainable growth.
