Kischa Powell

Kischa is a senior communications professional with expertise in workplace culture. She has over 20 years’ experience across the banking, education and transport sectors, helping organisations communicate their strategy, priorities and purpose.

 Alongside her professional work, Kischa has been actively involved in youth and community initiatives. She has volunteered with ELBA and The King’s Trust, facilitated community restorative Youth Justice Panels, and served as a trustee for YUAF, a community-based charity supporting young people pursuing careers in the arts.

 Kischa holds a BA (Hons) in Humanities and is the founder of an independent magazine exploring workplace culture, inclusion and values-led leadership.
